About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school day by providing cover for teachers across a variety of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
- Adapting your approach to cater to diverse learning needs and engage students with different learning styles.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive interactions amongst students.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and providing feedback on student engagement and progress.
