About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be stepping into the classroom to cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes across various subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities in a clear and engaging manner, adapting your approach to cater to different learning styles.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and respectful learning environment where all students feel safe and supported.
- Collaborating with teaching staff, providing feedback on student engagement and progress, and contributing to a positive school culture.
