As a Cover Supervisor at the school, you'll be a vital member of the team, stepping in to deliver pre-set lessons when teachers are absent. Requirements
... - Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Safeguarding training (desirable - can be provided)

Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans left by absent teachers
- Supervise whole classes across the curriculum
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged in learning
- Uphold the school's behaviour policy consistently
- Liaise with teaching staff and Heads of Department
- Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment
- Support students who require additional help
- Follow safeguarding protocols and procedures
- Uphold and promote the school's values and expectations
- Support colleagues with cover or other tasks as needed
