Job Title: Gateman (long-term contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Gateman for a construction site in Sutton. The successful candidate will manage access to the site, control traffic, and ensure health and safety compliance at the entrance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control site access, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
- Direct traffic and deliveries safely within and around the site.
- Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area.
- Adhere to site health and safety regulations.
- Record visitor and delivery details in site logs.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (ESSENTIAL).
- VALID CPCS/NPORS ticket (ESSENTIAL).
- SEQOHS accredited fitness to work certificate (ESSENTIAL).
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
