We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) or Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team in Ashington, Northumberland. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing person-centered care to individuals navigating substance misuse.

What you'll do:
- Provide specialist assessment, treatment, and support to individuals with substance misuse issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Advocate for clients and promote their rights and well-being.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and evidence-based interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
- Build positive relationships with community partners and organizations.
What you'll need:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Substantial experience working within substance misuse services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
