What you'll do:

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment, and support to individuals with substance misuse issues.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with clients, their families, and other professionals.
• Advocate for clients and promote their rights and well-being.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and evidence-based interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
• Build positive relationships with community partners and organizations.

What you'll need:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• Substantial experience working within substance misuse services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality care
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
