Hours: Monday - Friday Between 8am- 4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (Flexible rota)
Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, fully remote or fully office based options available (full time and part time options available)

Responsibility for this Customer Service Advisor role
* Update member account details
* Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance
* Meet or exceed personal productivity targets
* Contribute to team productivity targets
* Meet or exceed personal quality targets
* Deliver an exceptional member experience
* Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system.
Skills required for this Customer Service role
* Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
* Clear communication skills
* The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member
* The ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, e-mail and letter
* Strong numeracy, literary and MS office skills
* Strong technical knowledge of computers would be a benefit* The ability to work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service.
Working set-up requirements:
* For hybrid/fully remote options you must have wifi, a landline and office set up in place (Essential)* The ability to meet home working requirements, available on request Recruitment Process:
