Join Us as a Customer service Field Agent/Field Operative!
In this role, you'll be visiting homes within a 40-mile radius of West Lothian (don't worry, you won't be travelling 40 miles every day!) to encourage residents to participate in a vital survey on behalf of the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Your efforts will directly impact future government policies-your work will truly make a difference!
Why You'll Love This Role:
Pay & Perks: £12.40 per hour, with a generous travel allowance of £0.45 per mile for fuel. We also provide meal vouchers (£5 for shifts over 5 hours, £10 for shifts over 10 hours), plus maternity/paternity leave and paid holidays.
Hours: 23.75 hours per week, flexible between 9:00 am-8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
Contract Length: 3 months with a possible extension.

What We're Looking For:
A valid UK driving licence, your own car, and business car insurance.
Exceptional communication and persuasive skills-especially when engaging with hesitant participants.

Willingness to complete a basic DBS check (or have one from the last 3 months).
