As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm, professional, and efficient service. Your role will include a variety of administrative duties, from answering queries to assisting with school events and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Respond to general inquiries about the school, admissions, and other services.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Support the school administration with day-to-day office duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with handling school-related issues or complaints, escalating more complex matters to senior staff as necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate key school events and activities to parents and students.
- Support the enrolment process for new students, including assisting with application forms and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in an educational system with SIMS.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with a variety of people in a polite and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable manner with a problem-solving attitude.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
