Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing first-class support to our residents and businesses, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need.
Role: Customer Service Advisor - Admin & Clerical
Location: Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN
Pay rate: £12.59 ph
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Job Type: Part time, 18.5 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive customer service through various communication channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
- Promoting and supporting the use of digital services, empowering customers to become self-reliant.
- Accurately recording customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
