show moreAre you a skilled Solution Designer with expertise in Unified Communications and active SC or DV Clearance? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with defence customers and cross-functional business units to design and implement secure, cutting-edge communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement on-premise and cloud-based Unified Communication solutions (PBX, VoIP, video conferencing).
- Engage in bid & costing activities to ensure cost-effective solutions (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Technology, Security & Operations teams.
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust solution designs.
- Lead customer engagement, migration planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Essential Skills & Experience:
✔ Active SC or DV Clearance (UKSV)
✔ Proven expertise in PBX, VoIP, SIP, video conferencing, enterprise mobility (4G/5G, EMM, MDM)
✔ Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Nokia, F5, Palo Alto technologies
✔ Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Unified Communication solutions
✔ Commercial awareness of CAPEX/OPEX costings
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
