Job Title:Customer Support Representative/ Return Administrator/ Data Entry Executive

Contract Type: Temporary (Inside IR35), 12 months
Working Hours: Standard, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Support Representative to join our clients Operations team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in managing return transactions and ensuring top-notch customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and contribute to the smooth handling of returns logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process return transactions for incoming equipment from warehouses
- Authorize return requests in line with company policies, escalate as needed
- Communicate with customers, partners, and distributors about returns logistics, credit processing, and exception cases
- Work closely with support techs, product managers, sales executives, and administrators to deliver a superior customer experience
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Dynamics GP)
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and experience with data entry and invoice auditing
- Customer service experience, particularly with product returns
