Our Tech client is currently hiring for a Data Entry position. You will be mainly responsible for assisting all aspects of "order-to-cash", from receipt of customer orders through invoices and RMA processing This is a 16 month contract position and is mostly remote. You will need to be available to come on site once a quarter in Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process revenue and RMA orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures:
- Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays and delivery issues.
- Provide customers and sales with open order reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with process management, purchase orders etc.
- Competent with sales order entry systems.
- IT literacy
- Experience with Oracle is a huge benefit.
Hourly rate is €17.25 an hour.
