A global technology and digital solutions company driving innovation and transformation is urgently seeking a Data Protection Engineer to join one of their end clients on a contract basis.
As a Data Protection Engineer, you will have expertise in backup and recovery solutions with hands-on experience managing NetBackup, Commvault, and Veritas Cluster Server. You will play a key role in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise backup and recovery systems, working closely with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Hands on experience with NetBackup, Commvault, Hyperscale and Veritas Cluster Server
- RedHat Linux Administration
- Patch Management
- Shell, Python or Puppet
- AWS and Azure
Sheffield based - hybrid Working
Contract Inside IR35 up to £380 a day
