Are you a building services maintenance engineer with strong electrical maintenance skills and mindset? This could be the role for you! A leading FM services provider are actively on the lookout for a day shift engineer to act as the 2IC on a permanent basis.
- 4 on 4 off days (7am to 7pm)
- Salary up to £47,500 per annum
- Static site in City of London
Duties
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Report writing
- Attending client meetings
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
- Issuing permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units.
- Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition qualified
- High voltage knowledge/expeirence
