We are recruiting day to day Key Stage Two (KS2) teachers for our schools based in and around Bury St Edmunds. As a day to day supply teacher you will gain valuable experience and open doors to other teaching opportunities. This diverse experience will enable you to make more informed decisions if you are looking to secure a permanent teaching role, as you will have a better understanding of your preferences and strengths.
Responsibilities:
... - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Motivate and inspire young learners
- Safeguard children and manage disruptive behaviour
- Track student progress and collaborate with parents
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential or equivalent qualification
- Strong classroom behaviour management skills are essential
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong work ethic and dedication to student success
