This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our senior leadership team and ensure high quality strategic leadership in the development and implementation of strategies in school improvement within the context of recent outcomes. The successful candidate will also have an Initial focus on raising standards, with particular focus on the end of Key Stage 4 and robust implementation of the whole Trust assessment framework.

- have a proven track record in managing and leading change
- have a proven track record in leading, planning strategically and delivering on outcomes on attendance, punctuality, teaching & learning and behaviour for learning.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Headteacher, this post holder will be:
- Support the Headteacher in developing and implementing the vision and strategic direction of the Academy
- Support the Headteacher in the day to day leadership of the Academy, deputising for them as required
- Operational Management
- Provide strategic leadership for overseeing and embedding quality and standards in teaching, learning and assessment across the academy
- Ensure all information required by SLT, the Regional Education Director and other key colleagues is produced accurately, timely and efficiently.
