As a Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the design process for residential apartment developments, ranging up to 500 units. Working closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams, you will ensure that design deliverables align with project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Manage the design development process from concept through to construction.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with planning and building regulations.
Review and coordinate design documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Identify and mitigate potential design risks, offering practical solutions.
Support the project team in achieving programme milestones and cost efficiencies.
Attend project meetings, site visits, and client briefings as required.
Proven experience as a Design Coordinator within the construction or residential development sector.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning requirements, and technical design principles.
Experience working on multi-unit residential projects, ideally high-rise apartments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in design software and document management systems.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to detail.
Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
£5,000 car allowance.
