In your new role you'll be working alongside the technical lead as a Design Coordinator to help support, consult and direct key stakeholders throughout the business.
With their portfolio expanding to 6500 properties across the North of England by 2026, you can expect a fast paced, exciting work environment where you can really make a difference.
Based out of their Manchester office you will work from office, site and home and join a friendly, social team where you will be supported in your professional growth.
What you can expect from the role:
- Supporting the development team with design management and coordination through all RIBA stages
- Review drawings and specifications from the design team and relevant subcontractors to arrive at a high quality, robust & economical design
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure design briefs are met with business requirements in mind.
- Assist with document control, planning & building control
- Undertake site progress meetings and visits across the North of England to assist with the journey to net zero
