Position: Desktop Support IT Engineer

We're looking for a Desktop Support IT Engineer to play a vital role in our Windows 11 migration refresh project! This is a hands-on role where you'll provide essential technical support, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to end-users throughout the Windows 11 migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all devices are properly configured and compatible with Windows 11.
• Perform thorough data backup and recovery to prevent data loss.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team for a smooth and timely transition.
• Document and report any technical issues or challenges encountered.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the new Windows 11 environment.
