I am looking for a Document Controller to join my client's Build Team based in East Anglia.
Location: Based out of either their Norwich Office, or Ipswich Office with remote and agile working available, with the occasional travel to the office/site is required.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
What will you be doing?
As the Document Controller you will:
- Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team
- Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures
- Manage the printing of design project information
- Maintain and control the hard copy record of all project documentation on site
- Ensure the site team is working on the latest issue of design documentation
- Undertake regular checks of assigned security checks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as the Document Controller in the construction space
- Based in and around the Ipswich, Norwich, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge area
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
