Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain document control systems (e.g., ProjectWise, Aconex, Asite, or similar).
Receive, register, distribute, and archive all technical documentation (drawings, method statements, permits, ITPs, etc.).
Liaise with engineers, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely document flow.
Track document statuses and ensure revisions are up to date and properly version-controlled.
Support audits and ensure documentation aligns with ISO standards and HS2 protocols.
Maintain document logs, trackers, and reports to assist in progress monitoring.
Provide training or support on document control systems to new team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
Familiarity with HS2 requirements or similar large-scale UK infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of document control procedures and QA/QC processes.
Proficiency with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, ProjectWise, Asite, Viewpoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
