We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic DT Teacher to join a team at a highly regarded secondary school near Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced educator to make a real difference in the lives of their students while enjoying a flexible work-life balance.
About the Role:
* You will be teaching DT across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential to teach A Level DT depending on your qualifications and experience.
* You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
* You will be part of a dedicated and supportive department, working collaboratively to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* You will have the opportunity to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
What They're Looking For:
* A qualified DT Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching.
* Ideally, experience in Resistant Materials, but any DT specialism will be considered.
* A passion for DT and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
* A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
