About the Role:
As an EYFS supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that support the development and learning of young children. You'll have the opportunity to work across different schools, covering planned and unplanned absences, and adapting to different classroom environments. We offer a range of flexible teaching opportunities, giving you the ability to choose assignments that match your preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for children in the EYFS.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Provide clear instructions and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children.
- Foster the personal, social, and emotional development of children in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support children's development.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Is passionate about early childhood education and fostering a love for learning in young children.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is adaptable, reliable, and flexible with a positive and proactive approach to teaching.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
