Responsibilities:
- Prioritise the health and safety of children at all times
- Recognise each child's unique learning stage and provide tailored support
- Assist with meal times and hygiene routines
- Maintain constant vigilance to ensure children's safety
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities
- Assist the room leader with tasks and routines
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
- Previous experience working with children
- Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred
- Commitment to safeguarding children
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
- Friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum desirable
