Randstad is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and competent Early Years educator in Linton to guide and inspire young children in their educational journey. Our focus is on providing understanding teachers who are proficient at establishing inclusive and supportive learning environments, using innovative and interactive teaching methods to involve students, and encouraging the academic and personal development of each child.
Responsibilities:
... - Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the nursery at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent in childcare
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience working with children
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
