Randstad Education is excited to offer supply teaching opportunities for Early Career Teachers in primary schools across South Liverpool. As an ECT, this is your chance to build experience in a variety of school environments while gaining the support and development you need to thrive in your teaching career.
We are looking for ECTs who are passionate about teaching and ready to embrace the challenge of delivering high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2. This role provides flexibility with the option to work on a daily, short-term basis or to secure longer-term roles depending on your preferences and availability. You will work in a range of schools, each offering unique opportunities to grow your teaching skills while contributing to the educational development of young learners.
Your Role:
... - Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2, following school curricula.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other school staff to support student learning.
- Ensure that children's progress is tracked and feedback is provided where required.
- Foster an inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued and supported.
- Follow school policies and contribute to the wider school community.
About You:
- You will have recently completed (or be working towards) your teaching qualification and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in KS1 and/or KS2,
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for fostering student development.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
- Flexibility in your approach to teaching and the willingness to take on short-term or long-term supply roles.
- An understanding of how to differentiate lessons for a diverse range of students.
