Are you an experienced maintenance electrician who is fully qualified and looking for a new challenge? I am partnering with a leading FM service provider who have a rare opportunity to join a flagship national contract in the East London area. The successful candidate will be well drilled with electrical health and safety, PPMs, and the upkeep of electrical plant installations.
- £42,000 to £45,000 per annum
- Static site - East London
- Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm
Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical plant installations
- Routing checks and plant room walk-arounds
- Logging works correctly
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Rewires
- Replacing transformers, breakers, circuits
- Lighting issues
- Basic plumbing, mechanical work when required
- Escorting subcontractors
Requirements
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)
- 18th Edition (essential)
- Min. 3 years commercial/industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of commercial plant rooms
