Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic facilities maintenance team. This is a semi-static role requiring travel round Gosport & Portsmouth, ensuring that a variety of client facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical systems adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent.
- Liaise with clients to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
- Provide emergency on-call support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a facilities maintenance environment.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
