Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team on a continental shift pattern, ensuring seamless operations across both day and night shifts.
- Respond and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
- High Voltage Management: Oversee HV systems, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance.
- Act as Authorised Person (AP): Conduct safe and effective isolation's and manage permits as required.
- Proactive Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems.
- Team Development: Mentor and support team members, setting high standards of performance and safety.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with substantial experience in a high-demand setting.
- Qualifications: HV qualified and AP qualified.
