About the Role:
As a Lead Engineer/Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across various sites in the South West of England. Your responsibilities will include ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Liaise with clients to address their maintenance needs effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong technical skills across various trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
