This role is based in York for a Blue Chip client at their large office space in YO90.

Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
- Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
- Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
- Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
- Keep records up to date
- Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have this
Ideal Candidate
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 18th edition
- Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
- Experience of leading a team would be beneficial
