My client, who is the world's leading manufacturer of engines well known for their quality and durability, is looking for an Engine Electronic Systems Engineer to join hands and support them for a 12 months contract to develop and make the best quality engines.
The ideal candidate would be a part Engine Systems Team who develops and implements electrical and electronic control systems for Powertrains in the UK. The role involves providing technical support for engine electronic systems, including system design, component selection, validation, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electronic control systems.
- Skills in system integration, electronic requirements development, and engine control.
- Participation in FMEA development
- Knowledge in off-highway electronic systems, Controller Area Networks (CAN), Vector CANape and CANalyzer tool experience, and use of development tools like oscilloscopes and Teamcenter.
