Key Responsibilities:
Connect directly to vehicle CAN networks (buses or heavy vehicles)
Extract and interpret live signals such as vehicle speed and door open/close status
Integrate data collection with onboard computing systems
Decode and log CAN messages for analysis and use in downstream systems
Key Skills:
Proven experience working with live, in-vehicle CAN bus systems
Strong understanding of CAN protocols (CAN 2.0, CAN FD, J1939)
Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller platforms (STM32, NXP, ARM)
Hands-on with tools such as CANalyzer, PCAN, Kvaser, or similar
Ability to work with proprietary or undocumented CAN message formats
