Title: End User Computing Engineer - (Must have SC Clearance's)
Location: London, UK Hybrid (2-3 days)

Are you passionate about application deployment, troubleshooting, and end-user support? We're looking for an End User Computing Engineer to manage application updates, package software using PDQ, and collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage application update schedules
- Package and deploy applications using PDQ
- Review deployment setups and create clear documentation
- Work closely with the service desk to resolve application-related issues
- Manage user requests for new software and ensure smooth approvals
- Liaise with cybersecurity teams to ensure software compliance and assurance
What You Bring:
- Experience with PDQ for application packaging & deployment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for end-user computing issues
- Ability to document deployment setups and improve existing processes
- Experience working with IT service desks & cybersecurity teams
