A supportive and inclusive SEN school in Soham, is seeking a qualified English Teacher to join their team. They are flexible on full-time or part-time hours, and the position is term-time only (39 weeks including 5 inset days) and permanent.

About You :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
Experience teaching English at KS3 and above, with the ability to deliver basic skills in other subjects.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a disciplined yet nurturing environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to create engaging and differentiated lessons.
Ability to assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
A commitment to safeguarding, equal opportunities, and promoting student well-being.
Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support the school's ethos and policies.
