School Requirements

You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience
Additional experience or training in areas such as EAL, ESL, SEN is desirable
UK or IB curriculum experience is highly desirable but not essential
A successful candidate will be a person who understands the importance of active, student-centred learning and will thrive by working in a collaborative team of educators from around the world to deliver innovative and flexible learning opportunities for all students.
You need to be adaptable and flexible

Salary and Benefits Package

Salary up to 530k RMB per annum (approx £67,000 GBP) depending on qualifications and experience
Flight allowance
Relocation allowance
House allowance or school-provided accommodation
Medical cover for teacher (option to opt in for dependents)
Gratuity: upon contract completion a 9% fixed gratuity will be paid, along with a further 6% dependent on reaching goals set as part of the appraisal process.
Annual PD budget
Tuition for up to 2 dependents
