About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing a passion for reading, writing, and communication in students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated English lessons across Key Stages 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with the potential for KS5 teaching depending on your experience and expertise.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to achieve their best.
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to cater to individual needs.
- Collaborating with a passionate team of English teachers, sharing best practices and contributing to departmental development.
