Are you passionate about teaching English in a supportive, student-centered environment? We are looking for an English Specialist (QTS) to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to work with small class sizes, capped at 12 students, allowing for personalised and meaningful teaching experiences.
Our students, who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often face additional challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We embrace a 'can't do yet' philosophy, encouraging resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you will receive comprehensive therapeutic training and support, equipping you to address the unique needs of our students.
