When you work in this school your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting EYFS and room leads to set up exciting and innovative activities
- Working on a whole group or 1-2-1 basis with children
- Supporting children to learn both inside and outside the classroom.
- Supporting children development through the provision of safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play
- Delivering activities to support and extend children's learning and development outcomes
- Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress
- Planning and delivering next steps to support children's development

These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3, BTEC National Diploma).
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within a nursery or early years setting.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (or be willing to undergo one)
