Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a rich and varied curriculum that encompasses the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, providing opportunities for children to explore, discover, and learn through play.
- Create stimulating and engaging play environments that encourage children to explore, experiment, and express themselves creatively, fostering a sense of curiosity and wonder.
- Encourage children to express themselves through art, music, movement, and role-play, celebrating their unique interests, talents, and abilities.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children and families, providing emotional support and guidance to help children develop resilience, self-confidence, and a positive sense of self.
Role Requirements:
- Hold a recognised early years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, Early Years Educator qualification).
- Radiate warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm as you engage with children and families, creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Bring learning to life through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and imaginative storytelling that capture children imaginations and inspire a love for learning.
- Maintain accurate records of children progress and development, using observations and assessments to inform planning and provide personalised support to meet each child's individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create a seamless and inclusive learning experience that promotes children's well-being and achievement.
