Key Responsibilities for the role:
- Assist EYFS teachers in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities that support children's development across all areas of the early years curriculum.
- Provide care and support for children's personal needs, including toileting, feeding, and dressing, ensuring their health and well-being at all times.
- Facilitate children's exploration and play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and imagination.
- Maintain open and effective communication with EYFS teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure continuity of care and support for each child.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A caring and compassionate demeanour with a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with EYFS teachers, assistants, and other staff members to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in a variety of educational and play-based activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Have Right to work in the UK
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Provide 2 proven professional references
