What You'll Do:
- Help create a vibrant and nurturing learning environment where young minds can thrive.
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Provide individualized support to children who may require additional assistance.
- Assist with developing individual learning plans and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's needs are met.
- Bring your creativity to life, infusing fun and excitement into the learning process.
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a dedication to their development.
- Relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education, or working towards this).
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- The ability to engage with children and create a fun and stimulating learning environment.
- Experience working in a classroom setting, ideally within an EYFS environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
- An understanding of SEN or learning needs.
