What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of building systems and equipment, including:
* General repairs to doors, windows, and fixtures
* Painting, decorating, and minor carpentry work
* Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Assist with minor electrical repairs (under supervision)
* General upkeep and cleaning of hospital facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work collaboratively as part of a large and supportive team
What You'll Need:
- A proven track record in a similar handyman or maintenance role
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and helpful attitude
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £32,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours (no on-call required)
