An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyman to join an established facilities maintenance company in Stowmarket for a static site.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week

Requirements:
- 3 years minimum experience working within a building services sector
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating would be beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Duties / Responsibilities:
- To carry out preplanned and reactive maintenance
- You work may include but not limited to; Changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
- To liaise with management and client
- Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
