Randstad CPE are working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Supervisor to join their team covering a large static site in Edinburgh.
Role Requirements
- Oversee all Fabric Maintenance PPM schedules & planned small works, SLA's of accounts within your control
- Work closely with a team of maintenance assistants/ handypersons to assist
- Maintain procedures for monitoring the effectiveness and performance
- Carry out reviews of service contracts
- Develop a planned regime for the proactive maintenance of all fabric assets through-out your allocated portfolio
- Develop client relationships to secure extra works
Qualifications
- Qualified within a fabric discipline
- Background in the supervision of building fabric services operation and maintenance
