We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Static Fabric Engineer to join our team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable, Monday to Friday role with no on-call duties, allowing for a perfect work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on building fabric and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Address reactive maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of building upkeep.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in building maintenance, particularly in fabric repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in building maintenance or related fields are advantageous.
