Are you a skilled building services fabric technician who is looking for a new challenge? I have an exciting opportunity for a fabric technician to work with a leading construction contractor on a high-end luxury contract in London on a permanent basis. To be successful for this role, you must be willing to engage closely with contractors and the end client, whilst ensuring your demeanour and attitude is client facing.
Duties
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting/Decorating
- Changing Handles/Locks/Doors
- Furniture Assembly
- Basic Electrical - changing lights, changing a socket
- Changing Lamps
- Fire Alarm/Emergency Light Testing
- Changing Taps/Tap Temperature Testing
- Unblocking/Drainage
- Cleaning Filters
Requirements
- Previous experience as a fabric technician in building services
- Experience working in a high end luxury environment desirable
- C&G/NVQ in any given trade (desirable, though no essential)
