Applicants need to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical paperwork & programming in order to be successful. Also previous experience working on new build volume residential developments is essential.

Duties:

Leading the facade construction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient project delivery.
Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Overseeing contractors, fostering strong relationships and adherence to specifications.
Ensuring safety and compliance, with particular attention to working at height.
Proactively managing risks and minimising delays.
Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.
Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation.
Utilising programming skills to manage data and streamline processes.

You'll have:

Facade Manager experience on new-build residential projects.
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Comprehensive understanding of various Facade systems and building regulations.
Strong programming skills, ideally with experience in relevant project management software.
Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accurate paperwork.
A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
