Applicants need to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical paperwork & programming in order to be successful. Also previous experience working on new build volume residential developments is essential.
Duties:
- Leading the facade construction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Overseeing contractors, fostering strong relationships and adherence to specifications.
- Ensuring safety and compliance, with particular attention to working at height.
- Proactively managing risks and minimising delays.
- Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation.
- Utilising programming skills to manage data and streamline processes.
You'll have:
- Facade Manager experience on new-build residential projects.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Comprehensive understanding of various Facade systems and building regulations.
- Strong programming skills, ideally with experience in relevant project management software.
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate paperwork.
- A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
