They are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management including all Mechanical, electrical and fabric services on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining client relationships, and optimising contract performance. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and administer facilities management contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Oversee the full contract life cycle, from negotiation and execution to performance monitoring and closure.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and provide reporting to senior management.
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments, as required.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities Maintenance, with a strong emphasis on contract management.
- Ideally PFI knowledge and experience
- Technically qualified either electrically or mechanically
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
