If so, we want to hear from you. We are currently working with a prestigious client who are looking for a facilities coordinator to join their team.
Working hours:
- 20 hours across afternoons between Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties every afternoon
- General facilities administration duties
- Secure and welcoming visitor administration
- Taking minutes for specific client meetings
- Ensure compliance with clients
- COSHH Control administration
- PO request processing
Ideal Candidate
- Good communication skills
- Background within manufacturing/production in administration capacity
